When applying for a British passport (Naturalisation) you are expected to be able to follow, in english, straight forward spoken explainations and hold a conversation on a familiar topic. This level of English Knowledge has been defined by the IND as ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).
Assessment for English language is divided into 5 categories:
1- People who already speak good english You need to submit evidence that you all or part of your education was conducted in english. Perhaps a copy of your GCSE or A-Level certificate.
2- Native speakers of english (or people who speak english as well as a native) You can only use this procedure when applying from within the United Kingdom and would need to obtain a document from either a Notary Public or your solicitor who can certify that your english is as good as that of a native.
3- People who have been learning english as a second language and who already have a certificate of knowledge of the english language which they feel is equivilent or higher than ESOL Entry 3. You need to submit along with your application a copy of your ESOL entry 3 certificate or an equivilent (maybe a TOEFL certificate if you have one).
4-People who are still learning english as a second language but do not have a certificate to prove it. You could undergo an Initial ESOL Entry 3 assessment by a qualified english teacher. This can be taken at your local private language college, you are likely to pay a fee for this assessment.
5-People who are clearly not at ESOL Entry 3 Level. You will need to reach to at least ESOL Entry 3 level as therefore you should enrol in english language classes at you local college to reach to that level.
Two groups of people are exempt from English language knowledge:
1- Those who are aged 65 and over 2- People who suffer from mental incapacity.

2: Wondering if I would be qualified enough to answer this question?
The Home Office Immigration website supplies a lot of information on Immigration Law and Policy. It pays to check out information before making any enquiries so that you can ask the right questions and to confirm that the published statements are up-to-date.
"discretion ของเหตุผลที่เราออกนอกประเทศเกิน270 วัน ตามที่กำหนด ในเวลา 3 ปี และปีสุดท้ายไม่เกิน 90 วัน แต่ยังอยู่ในช่วงที่เขาอนุโลมได้"
Why should you worry if you think that your absences would be disregarded?
Since I do not know how many absence days you have accumulated over 3 years period and in the last 12 months, I can only suggest that you read the following policy and law;
Read section 4: Excess absences in the 5(3) year qualifying period.
especially 4.1.2 ( point c. may be applied to your case)

So if you are still within the requirements then go ahead, make your day and apply for Naturalisation. It is always a good idea to write a letter explaining your work situation.
I wish you all the very best.
