Nothing is easy.
If you hold Fiance' Visa you will have to get within 9 months and have to marry in Australia( while you are holding this Visa you are not allowed to work).
Once you get married then you have to get another Visa call Residency Temporary Visa( you can work on this Visa) which require you to live and still marry to your husband until 2 years( they may change for a longer period, you have to check on the website).
After 2 years holding Residency temporary visa then you will have to apply for PR if you get, still lots of documents to be submitted. Once you get PR you have to wait for 3 years and time decuct when you go overseas then you can apply for Citizenship but you have to pass the test first.
