Found some good definition about 'Stupid People' on Yahoo Answers

"in my opinion i do not believe that there are not any stupid people... there are misguided and poorly informed people, in my opinion the only type of people that i would even consider "stupid" would be some one who insults others who are not quite as "up to speed" as some of us!"

People as a whole aren't stupid, some of the things people *Do* definitely fit the definition of the term, but people are not inherently stupid any more than they are inherently cruel or inherently hateful and biased. The human race may not be the sparkling gem some may aspire for it to be, but there generally is more good than bad in the world.

Stupid Person: backstabber, liar, coward, butt ugly..

One who is stubborn (pig-headed) and not open to new ideas or advice, boastful about their own 'correct ways' and continue to do the wrong thing over and over again..

My definition of a "stupid person" is one who never learned from his/her own mistakes. One who repeatedly make the same mistakes.
(that's me, I keep trusting people especially one who is older)

So, "stupidity" is in the minds of others, the person concerned does not see himself/herself as stupid.

Someone who doesn't think too carefully or clearly about what he or she is gonna do and just quickly jump into making decisions only to regret them later. When in the first place, they had the choice of deciding their future.... and then blaming others for their mistake

To me NO ONE is born stupid. Even a retarded person is not stupid they can think and have feelings as well.

Although in general no one is born stupid they do act "stupid" at times i.e. making the same mistakes, ignorance basically.
Not willing to change that sort of thing.

Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation.

a) people whom one had once judged rational and intelligent turn out to be unashamedly stupid.
