Someone I've known through Pantip sent me this link...
I am a current MBA/Health Care program here. Nearly done (Thank God). Have to reply in English because campus's com no Thai font (Not many Thai students here). Accounting at CSU is quite famous and very strong. If I'm not wrong, it received AACSB accreditation (Please check). What I feel different between CSU and Case Western is classmates. (Again, my perspective is from health care program at CSU and a Thai friend at Case). I have many good American friends from CSU. Most of them are working full-time, so I gained good experiences from their class contributions. I can see from my Thai Case's friend that he has mostly Asian friends, so it depends. As usual, many international students are tendly to apply at famous University (Top 100). Cost of living is very cheap here. Let's say, I paid $600 for a whole 1st floor of a house with garage parking. Cool, right? CSU itself is safe but downtown is not. So you have to be careful if you want to stay close-by. There is no problem to catch a bus during the day but, at night doesn't. If you plan to buy car, I recommend to buy it since you arrived for 1-2 months. Then you can use for shopping and live a bit further from school.
I live at Little Italy, zip code 44106 ( you can search by Google map), close to Case Western. It is a nice, safe area and about 20 minutes to CSU. Other area I would recommend Lakewood, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Rocky River or Westlake.
I hope you understand my Eng and found the information useful.
Take care & Good luck na... Write to me at joy379@yahoo.com na. I will try a time to answer ka. I think I got another Thai girl's email asking for CSU. I can introduce her to you. Then you can be friends. Her name is Hong ka. Joy.
