What i can see here is different from K. ธนิตา
There are definite circumstances under which you can be eligible for unemployment benefits even if you had to quit a job. These include:
1. Your employer cuts you down to half time or reduces your pay significantly. 2. A medical condition that does not allow you to work at the same job. 3. Hostile work environment conditions like discrimination, repeated sexual harassment, or threats to your person. 4. Dangerous or hazardous work environment.
For K. GiRLGeNiuS, your case falls in to #1.
In this case, i dont think you did anything that's considered "misconduct". As i said earlier, บริษัทคุณมีสิทธิที่จะปฏิเสธหรือเลื่อนวันลางาน (both leave with pay and leave without pay) ค่ะ ไม่ใช่มาบอกว่า ลาได้นะ แล้วไปแจ้งว่า business เสียหาย On top of that, you DID tell them up front before leaving for vacation, the company agreed.
Do you still have your "termination agreement" in your hand? If not, you can ask them for a copy. Then, please read it carefully and ensure that they didn't mention anything about "YOU DECIDED TO LEAVE THIS JOB FOR YOUR PERSONAL REASONS" If no, take the termination agreement to a lawyer or the nearest US department of labor. Tell them your story and take the action from there.
