ผูุ้ถือใบเขียว สามารถเดินทางออกนอกสหรัฐฯ นานกว่าหกเดือนได้ค่ะ
ความเข้าใจของคุณ pixp (Comment#1) ไม่ถูกต้องซะทีเดียวนะคะ
ถ้าจะเขียนว่า การออกนอกสหรัฐฯ ต้องไม่เกินหกเดือน ประโยคนี้ไม่ใช่ค่ะ
ที่ใช้ได้คือ ไม่ควร ออกนอกประเทศ นานกว่าหกเดือน
แต่หากว่ามีเหตุจำเป็น ออกไปแล้วนานกว่าหกเดือน แต่ไม่เกินหนึ่งปี คุณก็ยังสามารถยื่นคำร้องได้ แต่มีเงื่อนไข ว่าต้องแสดงหลักฐาน ในการเสียภาษีตลอดระยะเวลาที่กำหนด (ขอให้ดูจากข้อกำหนดที่อัพเดทที่สุด ในช่วงเวลาที่คุณดำเนินการยื่นเอกสาร)
และ/หรือมีหลักฐานแสดงว่าอยู่ร่วมกับคู่สมรส (กรณีแต่งงาน)
