There is certainty and every possibility that you will view the property but I am presently in Brighton now because I moved in with my mother in order for me to check her medical condition,So I need to be sure that you are capable of renting the property before I can come to Adlington,Imagine a lady asked me to come from Brighton to Adlington that she wanted to rent the property I left to meet her on getting there she told me that she wanted to rent the property but I should allow her to stay till the end of the month before she can pay me and the other was no where to be found ...after I had left Brighton to Adlington for the viewing and renting can you see how bad and unfair that was,I need to see a sign or proof that you are capable and you have the money to rent the property before i can come for the viewing but am very sure that you will like the property.At my age, I cant be stressing myself when am not sure that you are capable.The property is available now and you can move in at anytime.

The only way for me to know and confirm that you are capable and have the money to rent my property is just for you to send the deposit via Money Gram to your friend or anybody you trust in U.K.The transfer requires little fee to send the one month rent and the deposit at Money Gram post office.It will be refunded back to you if you DO NOT like the property of which I know you're going to like it cos I've got likely what you're looking for and if it's not precise then it should be almost what you're looking for and if you LIKE it,The sending charges will be deducted from the amount of money you will pay me for the property,I think you understand and after doing this then you will get back to me with the scanned copy of the receipt for me to see and confirm whether the transaction was genuinely done,After the confirmation I will get back to you via e-mail so that the receiver can go withdraw the fund cos I will need to confirm first before the fund will be WITHDRAWN by the receiver. Thanks for your interest in my property.You can do Money gram at any post office location in the u.k and if you want us to meet today,all you have to do is go to the nearest post office to you an do the money gram.as soon as you do the money gram,email me a scanned receipt to confirm if it is a genuine transaction and i will email you to withdraw the funds and meet me for viewing or move in.all sending charges you make at western union outlet will be refunded back to you by me.I do not want your personal bank statement.I WILL ONLY ACCEPT THE MONEY GRAM PROOF.
