The latest thing I do now is a vegie+fruit drink. The recipe is from a post in โต๊ะเครื่องแป้ง. That topic owner does not eat any vegie at all and discover this vegie drink at The Oriental Hotel in BKK and got this recipe from the chef there.
Basicly you put a lot of chop up green vegie, parseley, red and white onions, and fruits: grapes, apple, orange, and Kiwi in a blender mixing it with water, lime, and honey.
The result is good. I can barely taste any resemble of vegie. It's high in fiber and vitamins. It's really a good way to put more vegie in your diet.
