There are primary care and dental care. My cousin ( she has no insurance ) has an appointment with the doctor today. She hasn't come back yet. She has ever told that the patient has to call for appointment.

It is important that you have to bring someone to guarantee you if you have no income (on the first day that you go there in order to fill application). If you have income , you have to show your document. You have to fill you application on the first day and make the appointment later. This is a free clinic that my cousin visited in this afternoon.
