I have never heard anyone say "let's go dutch" in all my years in the US. I know such phrase exists but I've just never heard someone actually say it. From my experience, people would just say, "let's go eat lunch" or "let's go grab something to eat." Everyone knows that each person pays for his or her own food krab. Unless, someone says, "let's go have lunch. It's my treat" or "I'll pay for your lunch," then I know I don't have to pay for my meal.
