Answer to 1 and 2.
9B. Work permit holder If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing 5 years’ continuous stay in the UK as a work permit holder, in addition to the relevant documents in 9A, you must provide the following:
- Recent document(s) from the employer named in your current work permit confirming that you are still needed and that your employment with them is continuing.
- Document(s) confirming that you have spent a continuous period of 5 years in the UK: - either as a work permit holder throughout that period, or - as a work permit holder most recently combined with previous permission as a work permit holder, highly skilled migrant, self-employed lawyer, or as a writer, composer or artist
Supply as many relevant documents as you possibly can. Previous permission as a work permit holder is a MUST.
3. I doubt that is relevant, after all you have been in the UK as a work permit holder all this time. It is not your fault your employer paid you less. As long as you have not been using the Public Funds then the Home Office will not bother.
4. No need to. (just my opinion).
5. Go ahead with the application if you are ready and feel that you meet all requirements.
