I don't quite get your method.
Why does it have to be that complicated?
To do what you want to do is so simple.
All you have to do is turn up at the airport with your flight ticket
At BKK airport:
- check in at the airport desk with your Thai passport.
- just show your US passport to let the check-in staff see that you can enter destination country with that passport.
- show Thai passport (only) at Thai immigration desk.
- go to the gate.
- show US passport again if an airline staff ask to see before boarding the plane.
at destination country:
- use US passport to go in and out of the country.
back to Thailand:
- show your Thai passport only.
Voila, simple enough.
