You have to practice English more often. When I have to take TOEFL, I book the test 1-2 months in advance. And since you already booked it, it would encourage you to spend more time to prepare for the test.
For the listening part, you can download clips into your ipod and listen whenever you have time. There are lots of free mp3 clips in this website.

For the reading part, you can carry a sample test with you and do it during the day. When you get home, you can check and review the solutions.
The writing and speaking parts are a bit more difficult to practice. For the writing part, you can write essays and ask your friends to review, or you can post in some webboard, such as http://www.urch.com/forums/twe/
For the speaking part, I think you can learn and practice with the class you are taking. You can ask some of your classmates to practice together. It could help a lot.
When you are so bored, you can enjoy watching DVD movies, but you should listen soundtracks and hide subtitles.
It is not too difficult if you have a strong determination. I believe that my English skill when I was preparing for the test was not better, or even worse than you.
Good luck :)
