แล้ววันนีี้้นายจ้างส่งเมล์มาว่า
We just had my managers meeting, and I was inform from the Loop store and MMH you have an employee warning (from each store) because duties were not done and leave early.
At loop the manager complaint that on Sunday the temp log wasn't fill and its not the first time. As I said on the past emails this is something that Health Department requires.
Also from MMH, the manager complaint that you left early today when it supposed to be until 3pm and to have done some prep. You left by 130pm and no prep was done.
I need to be clear, that any of the managers decision we have to support them because its their stores; and either Chris or my self cannot interfere with their decision.
Please sign those employee warning and again, if you have questions please fill free to let us know.
I wonder if you and/or the other girls have read any email that I have send on the past, but it seems is not.

You must respond to me with your departure flight information (receipt or itinerary) by 04/18/11. Your departure date must be no later than 4/20/11.
I am very sorry that your program is ending in this manner but I do hope that you will choose to end your program in good standing by sending me your flight information so that you will be elibible to return to the U.S. at another time either as a Work & Travel or maybe even an Intern.

เป็นแบบนี้อ่ะค่ะ ซึ่งเหตุผลที่หนูถูกไล่ออก เค้าบอกว่าวันนี้หนูออกจากที่ทำงานเร็ว ซึ่งในตารางงานที่เค้าส่งมาวันนี้ เป็น day off ของหนู แต่เป็น on call แล้วพอ 11 โมงก็มีคนมาตามไปทำงานที่สาขาหนึ่งที่โรงพยาบาล เค้าบอกให้ไปทำ 11โมง-บ่าย 2 หนูก็ต้องไปขึ้นรถเมล์ซึ่งที่นี่รถเมล์มาชั่วโมงละคัน โดยรถจะมาตอน 11.45 หนูก็ไปถึงที่ทำงาน เที่ยงกว่า ๆ พอบ่ายสองหนูก็ clock out ออก และก็ออกมารอรถประมาณบ่ายสองกว่า ซ่ึงหนูออกจากที่ทำงานบ่ายสองตรงเป๊ะเพื่อรีบมารอรถเมล์เพราะกลัวตกรถ แต่ในเมล์หาว่าเราออกตอนบ่ายโมงครึ่ง และก็บอกว่าเราต้องเลิกงานบ่ายสาม แต่ตอนโทรมาบอกให้เราเลิกบ่ายสอง ซ฿่งปกติจะมีช่วงเวลา 11-2 ที่เคยทำซึ่งเป็นช่วงคนเยอะ และอีกกรณีที่หาว่าหนูไม่ทำตามหน้าที่ ซึ่งมันไม่จริงเลย มาพูดตรงนี้ก็หาว่าแก้ตัว เค้าหาว่าหนูก่อนออกจากงานไม่เคยเตรียมของ ไม่เคยทำอะไรเลย ซึ่งตารางงานเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ส่วนใหญ่ได้ทำกะดึกก่อนปิด ซึ่งก่อนปิดจะต้องเตรียมของไว้สำหรับคนเปิดร้านวันพรุ่งนี้ ซึ่งเพื่อนร่วมงานจะลิสต์รายการสิ่งที่ต้องทำและเราก็ทำตาม และทุกครั้งก่อนออกหนูก็ต้องไปทิ้งขยะ ไปทำงานทุึกครั้งไม่เคยออกก่อนนอกจากออกตรงหรือไม่ก็ทำเกินเป็นชั่วโมงๆ เพราะอยู่ช่วยเพื่อนที่ไปด้วยกัน
ดังนั้นที่นายจ้างกล่าวหาเรามามันไม่เป็นความจริงเลย
ปัญหาตอนนี้คือ ทางสปอนเซอร์จะส่งหนูกลับไทย แต่หนูยังไม่อยากกลับ ถ้าจะหางานใหม่จะอยู่ต่อได้ไหมค่ะ พอดีเจอคนไทยที่นี่ซึ่งเปิดร้านอาหาร
และอีกปัญหาใหญ่คือเราต้องติดต่อกับสปอนเซอร์และขอความเป็นธรรม ซึ่งต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ อธิฺบายให้เค้าเข้าใจ ซึ่งภาษาหนูก็ไม่ค่อยแข็งแรงอีก
เพื่อน ๆ ที่มาเวิ์คเคยเจอปัญหานี้มั้ยค่ะ หรือรบกวนผู้รู้ช่วยให้คำปรึกษาด้วยนะค่ะ
และที่เค้าส่งมาหมายความว่าถูกไล่ออกใช่มั้ยค่ะ ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าค่ะ
จะติดต่อบริษัทที่ไทยช่วงนี้ก็หยุดสงกรานต์อีก
