Check 94.01.20.00 - 10% of CIF value, which is usually declared value on the postal form + postal cost + 1% insurance allowance, unless it is declared explicityly as CIF on the invoice. But there will be 7% VAT (of duty and CIF value).
But due to volume of shipments through the Post Office, Customs may overlook as the inspection is carried out randomly. However, in case of large box, it is unlikely that it will go free-of-duty.
