I have just got a neutralization and applying for a passport,can I register my child to do the same ? He 9 years old, born aboard with my x thai,but she lives here for nearly 5 years.now we live with my new english husband .I need to wait till he 18 or I can apply now?.and what form I need and how to fill the form about parents? as my present husband is not born parent or biologic one and my x live in thailand and I never keep in touch with him for long time .thank you na kha
<sorry I cant write thai just bought new laptop here with window 7 and dont know how to use thai.>
