It is extremely hard enough to almost impossible for a person 18+ years old sponsored by own parent to come to live in the UK, and you are expecting to get your brother to be your sponsor.
Simply not possible.
Although I do not really know your background, I am quite positive that you have no chance of getting that dependant visa. You will have to qualify on your own merits.
Mark my words.
Let me repeat what I told you in the previous topic.
Dependant visa:
The son, daughter, sister, brother, aunt or uncle over the age of 18 if living alone in the most exceptional circumstances and mainly dependent financially on relatives settled in the United Kingdom.
There must also be evidence that the UK Dependency visa applicant:
- Is financially mainly dependent on the relative present and settled in the United Kingdom; - Can and will be maintained and accommodated with any dependants without recourse to public funds; - has no other relatives in his own country to whom they could turn for financial support.
Good luck to you.
No matter what, let us know how it goes.
