1-โรงพยาบาลออก Birth Certificate ให้ หรือเราต้องดำเนินการเอง? และใช้ระยะเวลาเท่าไหร่
-ในรายละเอียดของโรงพยาบาลเขียนไว้ว่า "The State of California requires a bith certificate to be completed by the hospital immediately after the birth of your baby."
-ถ้าเราดำเนินการ เราต้องเอาใบเกิดจากโรงพยาบาล ไปยื่นเรื่องที่ Country เองใช่ไหมคะ และใช้ระยะเวลาเท่าไหร่กว่าจะได้ Birth certificate ในเว็บไซด์ของ Country เขียนไว้ว่า "Please wait 3 weeks after the baby is born to request a certificate" ต้องรอถึง 3อาทิตย์ถึงจะขอใบเกิดได้?
---> You may fill up the form of a birth cerficate application immediately after birth delivery with a hospital birth clerk, and then your hospital clerk will mail or proceed your application form to a county on which the hospital is located, to process a registration. You may also apply a rush service, instead of regular service, by providing your itenerary ticket, once you are submitting the form to the hospital birth clerk.
It would take 1-1.5 weeks (rush) or 3 weeks (regular) that you may go to that county and fill out the request form to have your child's US birth ceritficate right away ($19 a copy). Note that it is not necessary to bring your infant with you to the county office.

2. ทำ US Passport ให้ลูก -->ใช้เวลาประมาณ 4-6อาทิตย์ ถึงจะได้พาสปอร์ตใช่ไหมคะ นานจัง
---> Apply an expedited service same as birth certificate, once you are applying a US passport with a provision of your internerary ticket. It would take 2 weeks to recieve a US passport. This kind of document requires parents to bring the original US birth certificate and thier infant to present infront of an officer/staff. Please note that more expedited, more charged

3. แจ้งเกิดลูกที่สถานทูตไทยใน LA -คิดว่า จะไปด้วยตัวเอง
-สถานทูตจะออกใบเกิดเป็นภาษาไทย ใช่ไหมค่ะ ต้องใช้ระยะเวลาเท่าไหร่ ที่สถานทูตจะส่งเอกสารกลับมาให้เรา
---> The Thai birth certificate is Thai. You may call to ask the Thai Consulate - General at LA for more information.
-ใช้ใบเกิดนี้ ในการเข้าประเทศไทย แล้วเอาใบเกิดไปขอเลขที่บัตรประชาชน ->และนำเลขที่นี้ ไปทำพาสปอร์ตไทย ให้ลูกใช่ไหมคะ
---> A travel document such as Certificate of Indentity (C.I.) or Passport is legally required when a traveller gets in or out a country either Thailand or US. The Thai birth cerficate is not the travel document at all.
