This coming April, the Tier 1- Post Study Work visa will be closed.
If you want to stay on for work you will have to (switch to) apply under the Tier 2 (general).

Even though the Resident Labour Market Test (Labour quota, shortage occupations and EEA/UK workers restriction) does not apply to you, it will still be extremely hard, nonetheless, to get a company to sponsor your Tier 2 work visa. Moreover, you will only have so much time after graduating to get a sponsor and apply for a Tier 2 visa before the student visa expires.

Working in the electronic industry in the UK, especially in a management position, you would need to have a good working track record in the UK/EU. Also, you may have to have or must have Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, depending on the job requirements.
It is still possible, though, to get a job if you don't aim too high. Just keep sending in your CV (unsolicited or otherwise) to all prospective employers.
If you have more questions, do feel free to post in the Around UK room.
