นี่ด้วยจ้ะสูตรง่ายๆเอามาจากเวป... เพื่อนแอมอยู่หมู่บ้านข้างล่างโน้น เขามีโรงแรม B&Bเขามีสูตรอาหารฝรั่งโบราณเยอะแยะ...วันหลังถ้าเจอเขาอีกจะถามสูตรเด็ดๆมาฝาดกจ้ะ ....
Smoked Gouda and Spinach Quiche
Ingredients 1/2 onion, diced (about 1 cup) Olive oil 4 eggs 1 cup half & half 8 ounces cottage cheese 6 ounces butter, melted 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper Dash of cayenne pepper 6 to 8 ounces smoked gouda cheese, grated 5 ounces (1/2 package) spinach, thawed and drained Roma tomato, sliced thinly Paprika Sauté the diced onion in olive oil until soft; set aside. Put eggs, half & half, cottage cheese, butter, baking mix, salt, garlic pepper, and cayenne pepper into a blender. Blend on medium until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl. Stir in gouda, spinach, and sautéed onion.
Pour into buttered individual soufflé dishes (6 or 8 ounces). Leave 1/4 inch at top so quiche can rise without overflowing. Garnish each with sliced tomato and sprinkle of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is browned and center appears firm. ~~~~~~~~~*****~~~~~~~~~~~~~****~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Love Child" Quiche
Ingredients One 9-inch unbaked pastry shell or your own pie crust recipe 1 cup grated, mixed cheeses: Swiss, Monterey Jack, and mild Cheddar 1/4 cup diced, sauteed leek 1/2 cup each: chopped mushrooms, diced asparagus, diced ham 4 eggs 1 cup half & half A sprinkle of ground pepper and a dash of nutmeg Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread the cheese evenly in the bottom of the unbaked pastry shell and place it on a cookie sheet. To prevent the crust from becoming soggy, we recommend that you place the chopped mushrooms and diced asparagus in a microwaveable bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on high for about 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool and then strain or squeeze out the water and sprinkle the veggies over the cheese mixture. Top with the diced ham and sauteed leek.
Place the eggs, pepper, and nutmeg in a bowl and whip together, then add the cream and blend well. Pour this mixture into the pastry shell and bake for 45 minutes or until puffed, golden, and firm in the center. Let it rest for just a few minutes before slicing into 6 generous wedges.
