I can type message in Thai language but I am not familiar with Thai typewriter so I typed this message in English instead. Sorry.
I am Warodom Geamsakul (pronounce Jiam-sa-kun), a man who was on air in "Attack 25" last month. Fudge wrote I am 27 years old, but in fact I am 24.
I was a member of Triam Udom Suksa team taking part in the Shell TV Quiz in 1995. Our team finished the first runner-up. By the way, the winner in that year was Demonstration School of Chulalongkorn Univ.
Coming to Japan in 1997, I wanted to find a hobby I can do with Japanese people so I entered to the Osaka Univ.'s quiz club in the next year. I think listening and writing questions are good practices in Japanese language. And I have learnt a lot of trivia from this club. But I am still weak in Japanese topics that we have to study at a school.
Now, besides the quiz club in my univ., I am also a member of an open quiz club in Kansai. There are so many quiz clubs in Japan, but only two is enough for me.
In the audition, programme staffs asked everyone to fill what topics of question you are good at and what you are weak in. They tried to match constestants who have different strong topics. I was just lucky I could answer so many questions.
In the VTR question, in fact I know about Sergei Prokofiev. But I remember only two facts about him; 1) he was a classical composer from Soviet and 2) his most well-known masterpieces is "Peter and the Wolf". I did not know how he looked like, and the title of "Peter and the Wolf" was halfly hidden behind green tiles. So I could not lead to the right answer and said "Gary Kasparov" instead. Kosparov was a world champion of chess. He lost to the IBM's super computer "Deep Blue" six years ago.
Never mind. I got 18 tiles from a panel this time, leaving a possibility of showing up again for the special 2003 winners edition to be on air on 28th December. The top winner earned 19 tiles, I am the second. Keep fingers crossed. Goodbye.
