I am willing to help. However I am not the expert in everything. I can give you a guide or source of website and you have to help me to search all information that you need which might direct answer to your questions. Then you can confirm or ask more question through my email address.
1. Quality of education: Every country has its own top universities. For example, in UK, Cambridge, Oxford, LSE, Imperial College are top schools. However, there are so many so-so schools which I believe Chula or Thammasat is better. In Australia, it is same: Univ. of Melb, Sydney Uni, and UNSW are top in Australia. You will get recognition in Thailand as well as other places. However, there are also many "so-so" universities. In terms of tuition fee and cost of living, personally I believe Australia is much cheaper than UK. We have been living here since 2001, and we feel that cost of living is reasonable among developed countries. On tuition fee, you can check the website of univ. in UK, and compare with Australia. At the end, it seems that Australia is much lower overall. 2. Job in Australia: At the moment the job market is tight for IT; however, the nursing is in much demand. If you are talking about part-time job during your student days, working in restaurant, etc., I believe it should be not very difficult especially in the big city such as Sydney. If you study in the hotel management at the top schools in Australia, usually the school will arrange for you to work as part of the curriculum; and you will also earn some income.
