Regarding poor Sammy, I have no comment regarding her sexual inclination and taste. It's her own business, I agree. To each his own karma, in a nutshell. My point is this; please tell her to do it without dragging the Thai flag into this sordid affair.
You said that you personally regard this as immaterial. Fine, I can appreciate your viewpoint. To somebody born and bred in the UK, enjoying all the benefits that the citizenship of the UK confers, the sights and sounds of your ancestral land just a dimly perceived dream, of course the Thai flag is immaterial. I do not expect otherwise, frankly it would be quite surprising if it is not so. No fault of yours, I hasten to say, it's just the way you have been raised.
But it does matter to me, dear cc, and to a lot of others still striving, sweating, laughing, crying, swearing and struggling to make a decent living in Thailand and trying to preserve it for posterity such as yourself, if you care enough to have it. And most of all, there were the dead.
Some good people died in my arms a few years ago. They were protecting the Flag. Quite a few more lost their limbs while others came through with intact limbs but less intact minds. They were also protecting the Flag. They gave their all in trust that those of us who survive would see to it that the Flag would continue to flourish over an intact and prosperous Thailand, for King and Country, a symbol of Thai sovereignty and glory to proclaim to the world. Using the Flag to advertise a porn site is not exactly proclaiming Thai sovereignty and glory to the world, don't you agree ?
Please tell Sammy to please respect my dead comrades' wishes, if for nothing else then let it be for the fact that she was born on Thai soil. She owed them that, at least. Do not be disrecpectful to the Flag, please.
