เราจะไปเรียนที่ University of Leeds กันยานี้ค่ะ ตอนที่สมัครก็ไม่ได้จ่าย deposit นะคะ มีจ่ายแต่ application fee ซึ่งเพิ่งจะเก็บในปีนี้เป็นปีแรก แล้วก็ไม่ได้เก็บกับทุก programme ใน business school ด้วยค่ะ
เราคิดว่าคุณกระจิ๊ดฤทธิ์คงจะเข้าใจผิดน่ะคะ

From 1st October 2003, we introduced a policy whereby applicants who wish to accept the offer of a place for September 2004, are required to pay a deposit on their tuition fee of 1,000.00 (for the Full-Time MBA programme) or 500.00 (all other Masters programmes). This amount is the minimum deposit but you may pay a larger amount if it is convenient for you to do so.
Since a deposit system has now been introduced, we request you to confirm your wish to take up a place by paying the deposit within 8 weeks of the date of your offer letter or from the date you receive our letter in the post informing you of this decision (the letters have been sent out to you). The deposit is a pre-payment, not an extra charge; it will be deducted from your tuition fee. It
is non-returnable unless you are not successful in meeting the terms of the conditional offer or produce evidence that you were unsuccessful in your application to obtain a visa.
Please pay your deposit by debit/credit card using the web www.leeds.ac.uk/finance/webpayments/.
You can pay the deposit directly into the University account. Details as follows:

The deposit system, which will apply to all applicants to all programmes in the Business School, will enable us to provide you with a better service as confirmed students of LUBS and at an earlier stage in the process.
When sending a Bankers Draft, please ensure that it is attached to a letter from you. This is essential so that we can link your payment to your application and so avoid delays.
จริงอย่างที่คุณ Love บอกค่ะ คือ deposit จะต้องจ่ายตอนที่เราตัดสินใจรับ offer เท่านั้นค่ะ โดยเงินที่เก็บไปก็ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของค่าเรียน และจะคืนเงินให้ในสองกรณีคือ ไม่สามารถทำตามเงื่อนไขต่างๆของ conditional offer ได้ หรือ ขอวีซ่าไม่ผ่าน
เราว่าคงไม่มีมหาวิทยาลัยไหนเก็บ deposit ตั้งแต่ตอนสมัครหรอกค่ะ โหดร้ายเกินไป
