Outdoor music pavilion is a landmark of this park. It is visible from the main street (Michigan Avenue). The building is forbidden in this area, so the architect designed the pavilion in a sculpture form instead.
Everybody's favourite place in the park "Crown Fountain" They are 2 glass block towers at each end of a shallow reflecting pool. The towers are playing with visitors by random changing lcd video images of 1,000 Chicagoans.

Some areas allow the building to be built with the limited height but some areas don't allow anything to be built leay, depend on how important the area is. This Millennium park site was a railroad yard before and later was planned to be a Park District area since 1932. They may have the codes for this. And the pleasant view is very concerned cos the site is near the lakefront duay.
