แต่ปัญหาอยู่ที่ว่า ตอนนี้วีซ่าเราหมดแล้ว แล้วถ้าไม่ต่อวีซ่า แล้ววันที่ 23 ตุลา นี้เราจะเดินทางกลับไทย
I assume that you will have to come back to UK to continue your study. Have you received everything you sent back from the Home Office including your passport?
Don't panic everything will be fine. Your name is already in the system when you first sent out application for extension. Phone directly to the Home Office, quoting reference number given on the letter sent to you, tell them that you have to travel out of UK on 23rd October and ask if you send the form back to them by Friday 8th or Saturday 9th whether it will be possible to have the passport back before then.
But;
It may be best to go directly to Croydon to personally hand in the application (250 GBP), don't forget to have the letter received back from the Home Office with you as a proof.

จะมีปัญหาอะไรไม๊?
When you get back to Thailand it may be difficult to get a return visa from UK embassy in Thailand.
