Yes, you'd need a separate Irish visa ka.
The Irish Consulate is at Montpellier House on Brompton Road, almost opposite Harrods. You won't need an appointment, so just walk-in between 10am and noon.
In addition to application form, you'd need 1. confirmation of hotel booking (required) 2. bank statement 3. letter from uni/school 4. 3 photos
The fee is £42 for single entry (unfortunately they don't issue multiple entry in London).
I only applied in early Feb, so guess the above still applies.
They don't have a web site, so ple ring 0207 225 7700 for more info (or have the application form sent to you).
