Well, practice makes (almost) perfect. So if you practice a lot, you will get better. However, just to let you know, maybe you *might* not be able to be completely thai-accent free, but I'm sure you'll be able to communicate quite well. I heard about a study somewhere that unless you hear the language enough when you're young (before turning 7 years old), you might not be able to totally sound like a native.
But heck, that doesn't matter. As long as you can communicate, having an accent can sometimes be a plus. ;)
Anyway, but when you practice, makes sure you have to do *everything* (reading, listening, speaking, writing, thinking).
