>> Sorry, I made some mistakes. Truly, I dont know whether the word international music can be used in this sense. Anyway, I assume it is from the TWE question, so it should be OK.
Somebody said music is an international language which makes a peace for the world. Music has been created since an ancient time and developed from simple to complicated rhythms. People gain many advantages from music such as relaxation, stress release, and therapy for those who have a mental problem.
Music is roughly separated into two types traditional and international. Although the traditional music is originally created before the international music, the latter is more well known and widely accepted in many more countries. Nowadays, while we can hear the international music from everywhere and also easily find an institute to learn about it, the traditional music is gradually disappearing because people are uninterested in it.
I can not decide which one is more important but in my opinion the traditional music should be paid more attention by the government since it represents the local culture and history with its outstanding and unique characteristics. Moreover, the traditional musical instruments are quite simple considering that they are made from local materials, but well designed by local wisdom. For example, a traditional wind instrument made from bamboo can produce as many tones as a modern wind instrument. Furthermore, the traditional music is also useful in terms of economic viewpoint because it can create local employment as a music performer in tourism.
Therefore, the government sector should pay more attention to preserve traditional music by continually providing a budget for developing the traditional music institutes as well as promoting this type of music. Besides, the public sector should participate in this conservation by fostering the new generation the traditional music to keep it as a country symbol and even spread it as a national precious property.
