ความคิดเห็นที่ 1 ไม่แน่ใจว่า เสต๊กไก่ ที่พูดถึง เป็นแบบไหน แต่มีสูตรมาให้ ไก่เทริยากิ ค่ะ ใช้อกไก่ก็ได้ ถ้าไม่กินหนังไก่ อาจจะลอกหนังออก ก่อนเสริฟ (ถ้าลอกออกก่อนไปทอด เนื้อจะแห้งค่ะ).....เอาสูตรภาษาอังกฤษไปนะ แฟนจะได้ซื้อของให้ ไม่มีรูปตามขั้นตอนนะคะ....น้ำหนักไก่ ใช้มากกว่านี้ ก็เพิ่มเครื่องปรุงอื่นๆไปด้วยค่ะ From this picture, I used 2 portion of teriyaki sauce. Ingredients 230 g. Chicken breast (or chicken thighs debone) with skin on Marinade 1 Tbsp sake (I use Chinese wine / hard liqure) 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp ginger juice (I use 1/2 tsp ginger powder) 1 Tbsp vegetable oil Teriyaki Sauce 1 Tbps Mirin 1 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbps soy sauce Sesame seeds, toasted Method 1. Using a fork, prick over the skin of the chicken. Then marinade for 30 minues, turning once. 2. Heat oil in frying pan, remove the chicken from marinating sauce and  saute until lightly browned. 3. Reduce heat and add teriyaki sauce. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minues. 4. when chicken is cooked, removed chickend. turn up the heat to thicken sauce. Slice the chicken and pour sauce over it. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
