try the best secondary school in Singapore... Raffles Institution / Raffles Girl School... (called the Raffles Programme)
this is a really good school which have produced many of the Singapore's leaders (e.g. Lee Kuan Yew, Goh Chok Tong) and many successful business executives / high-ranking civil servants
students joining the Raffles Programme will spend 4 years at secondary school level (secondary 1 to 4) then proceed to JC2 and finally JC2 (at Raffles Junior College). the Raffles Programme allows student to take only GCE A level upon completing JC2 without having to take the O level at secondary 4.
I was educated in Singapore and I must say this is a very good 182-year old institution (the best and the oldest school in Singapore). Your son / daughter won't regret joining RI
