1. Whether a person of Thai nationality who has married an alien and acquire nationality of his/her husband /wife lose his/her Thai nationality ?
The person is still a Thai nationality unless:- - He/She desires to renounce Thai nationality by declaring his/her intention to the competent authority. -His/Her Thai nationality is revoked by the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand. *************************************
What I can say is 'Don't worry about anything, just do whatever you have to in order to make your life easy'. So long as you keep renewing your Thai passport, tell no one (Thai officials) about your other nationality and always use Thai passport to enter and leave Thailand.
I also answered about this at http://www.pantip.com/cafe/klaibann/topic/H3786820/H3786820.html
Let me repeat what I said.
Oh girl! You don't have to advertise yourself that you have another nationality to anyone else especially to Thai officials, immigration or otherwise.
Be clever about this.
Always use Thai passport with permanent residence status as prove of visa when exiting Thailand.
Always use British passport when you have to have any contacts with the UK officials. You are now a British citizen so TO THEM your permanent residence status on your Thai passport is no longer valid.
When you become a permanent resident you normally receive a LETTER stating that you are ONE and you will no longer be under certain immigration control. That means you don't have to extend your leave to remain and you no longer need to apply for a leave to enter as long as your time spent outside the UK is not more than 2 years.
This letter and permanent residence status stamped on your passport are your ticket (simply put it a 'visa') back to UK whenever you want to get back into the UK.
It is quite straight forward really if you only go back and forth to Thailand and the UK on the Thai passport. I lived in many countries in EU and non EU apart from UK with my British citizenship status and I still managed to get in and out of Thailand with my Thai passport back to whichever country I lived in at the time without any problems.
The point I am trying to make is you will have to try your best not to reveal to Thai authorities that you have dual citizenship. How you do it is up to you.
That will be the end of all your worries.
I've done some research for you, just in case.

Section 13 of the Citizenship Act 1965 stipulates that a female Thai national who marries a foreigner and is later granted citizenship by her foreign husbands home country shall maintain her Thai nationality.
There is no Thai law that stipulates that she must lose her Thai citizenship. However, she may choose to revoke her Thai citizenship, a decision the Thai government will announce the Government Gazette.
For Thai children with dual nationality, the Citizenship Act (3rd issue) 1992 states that a Thai national with a foreign father may declare his or her intention to revoke Thai nationality within the year following the childs 20th birthday.
The law does not mention that the child will automatically have his or her Thai citizenship revoked. If the child does not declare his or her intention to revoke Thai citizenship, that child will still hold Thai nationality. *************************************
As regard to the question เราจะสามารถซื้อที่ดิน อสังหาริมทรัพย์ในเมืองไทยได้อีกต่อไปหรือเปล่าครับ?
From my answer above whichever way you look at it you are still a Thai citizen therefore you can buy whatever you want.
Any more questions feel free to ask.
Best wishes.
