About 9:20 AM, I stepped my feet in Llanberis the gate way to Snowdon. Along the way from Bangor to Llanberis, the rain was pouring down heavily, the sky was miserably murky. Thank God! that heavy rain had eased into a drizzle when I arrived Llanberis.
Despites serving as a gate way to Snowdon, the village was quite empty, not many tourists as I expected, probably it was too early and the morning weather didnt look promising at all. The forecast expected some sun spells in the early afternoon and I really put big hope on that, fingers crossed!
The bus stopped at the far end of the village, just opposite the Snowdon train station. When I got off the bus, I was hesitated should I start walking straight away? or should I wait a bit longer. I would have done that at once if I had seen any walker heading the walk path I planed to do. The information I got from internet browsing suggested this path should be teemed up with tourists. I had seen none of them :-) and I supposed it had something to do with the weather.
