R U sure £3950 is including MBA tuition fees? As I know, MBA or any other master degree is cost around 8000-20000 pounds a year. I think they the £3950 that you paid may be only for English courses. I think you better check carefully with your agreement / offer from the school. What is actually written in the offer that what you have to follow. If it states that after you finish your 4 months English study then they will accept you to cont MBA, then it is. But I think it usually said with condition of you can produce IELTS score of something then they will accept you to study MBA (which is called "conditional offer"). Not many uni will offer you direct entry english courses apart from you come to study Pre-MBA, which is normally 4 weeks and it is just recomended to study not ought to.
If you do not want to study here, you may be able to use IELTS score that you will obtain from finish this course to apply for the other uni. I think if you are interested in MBA course, you may have to think about work experience because most MBA courses in UK required at least 2-3 years work experience. However, there are some uni offer MBA for recent graduates as well such as Southampton Uni. You can search for MBA courses in guardian for more avialable courses.
