HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND STAY HEALTHY.
Many people have problems with their overweight.

It is causing problems for their health whether the obesity, the diabetes, the high blood pressure, the heart attacks and the high cholesterol levels.

All of the problems come from their incorrect routine that is, they eat the junk food, they do not exercise etc.
(ปัญหาทั้งหมดนั้นมาจากกิจวัตรประจำวันที่ไม่ถูกต้อง นั่นก็คือ พวกเขากินอาหารที่ไม่มีประโยชน์ ไม่ออกกำลังกาย)

So, in my analysis, there are three guidelines for anybody who wants to lose weight and stay healthy.

The first way to lose weight and stay healthy is that he should have proper diet.
(วิธีแรกที่จะลดน้ำหนักและยังคงความสุขภาพดีก็คือ การควบคุมอาหารที่เหมาะสม)
>> The first guideline for losing weight and staying healthy is proper diet.
The food which is proper for lose weight is low-fat and high-fiber foods such as salads.
(อาหารซึ่งเหมาะสมกับผู้ลดน้ำหนัก ก็คือ อาหารประเภท ไขมันต่ำ มีกากใยอาหารสูง อย่างเช่น สลัด)
>> The appropriate food for losing weight should be low-fat and high-fiber such as salads.
Fry food and fatty desserts can quickly increase calories.And these foods may not provide the other nutrients.
(อาหารประเภททอด และ ของหวาน ทำให้แคลอรี่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว)(และอาหารพวกนี้ยังมีสารอาหารไม่เต็มที่อีกด้วย)
>> Fried food and sweet desserts can quickly increase calories and they also contain insufficient nutrients.
However, he should eat a wide variety of foods because he will get all the vitamins and other nutrients in properly.

There are many sports to play such as Football, Badminton, Tennis and others.
(มีกีฬามากมายให้เลือกเล่น เช่น ฟุตบอล แบดมินตัน เทนนิส และอื่นๆ)

Not only use up calories but also healthy and have fun too.
(ไม่เพียงแต่จะเผาพลาญแคลอรี่เท่านั้น แต่ยัง สร้างสุขภาพที่ดี และ สนุกสนานอีกด้วย)
>> Engaging in sports not only burns up calories but is also good fun and promoting good health.
The last way to lose weight and stay healthy is that he should have bright mind.
(วิธีสุดท้ายในการลดน้ำหนักและ ยังคงความสุขภาพดี นั่นก็คือ มีจิตใจที่ผ่องใส (ศัพท์อันนี้ไม่ทราบว่าใช่หรือเปล่าคะ))
>> The last guideline for losing weight and staying healthy is to have a cheerful disposition.
The mind effects on body. If he has a bright mind then his body will good too.
(จิตใจนั้นส่งผลต่อร่างกาย ถ้ามีจิตใจที่ผ่องใส ร่างกายก็จะดีตามไปด้วย)
>> The mind affects the body. When one has a cheerful disposition then one's bodily health is bound to improve.
The serious will destroy the health whether the body or the mind so he should relax.
(ความเครียดจะทำลายสุขภาพ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ร่างกาย หรือ จิตใจ ก็ตาม ดังนั้น ก็ควรจะไปผ่อนคลาย)
>> Stress has a negative effect on both physical and mental health so one should learn to be relaxed.
There are many ways to relax, for example, he should visit the place he likes, see the movie, listen the music etc.
(มีหลายหลายวิธีที่จะ พักผ่อน ยกตัวอย่างเช่น ไปเที่ยวสถานที่ที่ชอบ ไปดูหนัง ไปฟังเพลง อื่นๆ)
>> There are many ways to relax e.g. going to visit your favorite places, watching movies, listening to music etc.
In conclusion, there are three ways to lose weight and stay healthy; he should have proper diet, he should be exercise and he should have bright mind
(สรุปแล้ว มี 3 วิธีที่จะลดน้ำหนักและคงความสุขภาพดี นั่นก็คือ ควบคุมอาหาร ออกกำลังกาย ทำจิตใจให้ผ่องใส)
>> In conclusion, there are three ways to lose weight and stay healthy; proper diet, exercise and having a cheerful disposition.
Begin with change the routine. Its not too hard to do.
(เริ่มต้นจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตประจำวัน มันไม่ยากเกินไปที่จะทำได้)
>> You can start by changing your daily routine. It's not too hard to do.
The result is worthy. The body will good. The confidence will get back and especially the health will great.
(ผลของมันคุ้มค่า ร่างกายจะสมส่วน ความมั่นใจจะกลับมา และ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง สุขภาพจะดี)
>> The result is worth it. Your body will be strong. Your can get your confidence back and your health will be great.
So, lets lose weight and be healthy.
(ดังนั้น เรามาลดน้ำหนัก และรักษาสุขภาพกันเถอะ)
