1.ศาสนาพุทธ เป็นศาสนาที่เน้นผลที่ตัวผู้ปฏิบัติเองเป็นหลัก ไม่มีใครสามารถที่จะทำให้คนอื่นหลุดพ้นได้นอกจากตัวเรา คำสอนของพุทธองค์เป็นเพียงการชี้ทางที่ถูกให้ผู้ปฏิบัติตามเพื่อหลุดพ้นครับ แม้พระพุทธองค์ทรงเสด็จดับขันธปรินิพพานแต่คำสอนของท่านก็ยังคงอยู่เสมอ เป็นจริงเสมอถ้าปฏิบัติตามอย่างถูกต้อง
Buddhism teaches that only oneself can practice to reach nirvana (escaping from the perpetual cycle of birth and death). Nobody can be your saviour. The ultimate teaching of Buddhism is to point the way to escape from the perpetual cycle of birth and death. Even though the Lord Buddha was dead thousands of years ago, his teaching still stands the test of time.
