ตัววันหยุดชดเชยเรียกว่า Compensatory Holiday ตามคุณ K.Senior ค่ะ
ส่วนที่ใช้ๆกันว่า in substitue of หรือ in substitution of มันไม่ค่อยจะใช้เป็น noun ว่า substitution day หรอกค่ะ มันใช้ในกรณีที่คุณเห็นกัน เพื่อเป็นการอธิบายว่าวันที่กำหนดให้หยุดนั้นๆมันแทนวันหยุดจริงที่ไม่ตรงกับวันทำงานวันไหนอ่ะค่ะ เช่น "Wednesday, April 16th was declared a holiday in substition of April 13th which fell on Sunday." while "If the National Holiday falls on a non-working day, employers must grant a compensatory holiday or pay the employee an indemnity equal to 20% of the wages" เป็นต้นค่ะ
