Future Tense มาดู ทางนักไวยากรณ์ ( academic grammarians) เขาหรือมองต่างจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางหลักภาษาอย่างไร (หรือมี concept ที่ต่างกับ นักภาษา linguists) :
We think, speak and write about the future, and about the past and the present, in so many different ways that it is clear that our concept of the future is not a single time-state but several. It is clear, too, that each dimension of time-past, present or future- includes features of the others.
Some linguists state that the English language does not have a future Tense because English verbs do not have a one-word form that expresses futurity. But a grammatical
category is an abstraction, a concept; as a concept, the future is no more and no less abstract than the past or the present. English verbs have agreed forms that refer to future time, and it not unreasonable to say that these forms express a future tense.

In English there are several ways of talking about future happenings:
@ the modal verbs Shall and Will
@ the present progressive tense
@ the present progressive form of go as an auxiliary verb
@ the simple present tense
In addition, you can use various other structures, for instance:
