12. To establish and maintain a system of internal controls and accounting provides the most effective control of the Hotels assets, revenues and expenditures, and accurate and timely reporting.
13. Maintain a comprehensive outline of the work assignment for all employees he/she supervises.
14. Maintain and prepare all accounting records as prescribed by the Regional Office and local laws. The accounting records must reflect the Hotels financial position.
15. Must comply with the policy and procedures manuals as well as memorandums issued by the District Controller and Head Office.
24. Implements correct receiving, storing and stock-taking procedures; minimum and maximum operating stock levels; and management reporting related to segregation of duties.
