Self-esteem is about how much people assess themselves or about the proud of themselves. Especially the teenagers, body image; a person feels about his or her own body is the important factor that affects to self-esteem because the teenagers would like to be accepted by others. The factor that influences a person self-esteem is the pubescence because there are many changes in their body. For examples , Someone feel embarrassed about his or her changeful body and the girls like to think that they are too fat Moreover , they like to compare themselves to others , even if their appearances depend on their own genes. Its not just development that affects self-esteem, family and school life can influence too. For example, a person who experience hurtful teasing or often get the criticism and the censure maybe lost their confident. The way to have a healthy self-esteem is too easy. You have to think positive to your body image and others people. Moreover , you should try to develop yourself in many way such as good friendships , growing more independent from your parents. Some people think they need to change their image but actually the change of your thinking is better. You shouldnt care how others think about you because yourself is your own. Take care of your health is the best. But if you would like to change and its possible such as getting fit , you must do the exercise. Just all of the mentions can help you improving your self-esteem and body image.
