for face-to-face contact with customers

Humans have many ways to contact other people. The most classic way is face-to-face contact because we can speak directly to other people with expressing feeling through our faces. On the other hand, face-to-face contact does not work when speakers are in different places. Thats why we have applied many things and invented many technologies to make our communicated life easier. To illustrate, before Christ, the forebears used smoke instead of shouting out when they wanted to say something to people far away. After that, our ancestors used animals, especially doves, to send letters when they had written languages, and this changed to be a postal service later. Subsequently, communication technology was developed more and more, as we can see backward to the connecting devices we used, telegrams, telephones, pagers, mobile phones and so on. Even though each device and technology above has made our life more convenient, but there were no things that can be better than face-to-face contact until 1969, the year the United States Department of Defense created the Internet.

As I wrote at the beginning, even though face-to-face contact is currently the most classic way, we can not refuse that the world became a limitless planet which people in everywhere can see and talk to others in anywhere due to the Internet. To sum up, the Internet is the most amazing technology that humans ever made. It makes impossible things possible, for instance, we can get any document from the other side of the world in a few seconds without going there, thousands people throughout the world can share their opinions through a web broad without a personal meeting. Those are the reasons why the Internet will eliminate the need for face-to-face contact with customers within 5 years. Now, all you have to do is upgrade yourself for the change to come!
