รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยขอประกาศให้ทราบทั่วกัน ว่า
It is hereby publicly announced by the Minister of Interior that:
1. นาย xxx อยู่บ้านเลขที่ xx หมู่ xx ตำบาล xx อำเภอ xx จังหวัด xx
2. นาย xxx อยู่บ้านเลขที่ xx หมู่ xx ตำบาล xx อำเภอ xx จังหวัด xx

ได้ ยื่นเรื่องราวขอแปลงสัญชาติเป็นไทยตามพระราชบัญญัติสัญชาติ พ.ศ. xxxx ได้เห็นหลักฐานเป็นที่พอใจแล้วว่าผู้ยื่นเรื่องราวได้ปฏิบัติถูกต้องตามบท บัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัติสัญชาติ พ.ศ. xxx จึงได้นำความกราบบังคมทูลขอรับพระราชทานพระบรมราชานุญาต
have submitted applications for naturalization pursuant to the Nationality Act, B.E.

) along with relevant documents, which have already been examined to the satisfaction that the Applicants have fully complied with the provisions of the Nationality Act, B.E. ปีไทย... (

). The said Applications have therefore been submitted to His Majesty the King to seek the Royal Permission.
พระบาท สมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวได้ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานพระบรมราชานุญาต และผู้ยื่นเรื่องราวได้กระทำพิธีสัตยาธิษฐานตามระเบียบแล้ว
His Majesty the King has graciously granted the Royal Permission, and subsequently, the successful Applicants have duly pledged allegiance to the flag of the Kingdom of Thailand pursuant to the regulations.
รัฐมนตรี ว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยอาศัยอำนาจตามความในพระราชบัญญัติสัญชาติ พ.ศ. xxxx มาตรา ๖ จึงขอประกาศให้ทราบทั่วกันว่าผู้ที่กล่าวชื่อมาแล้วนั้นได้รับอนุญาตให้แปลง สัญชาติเป็นไทยได้แล้ว
By virtue of Section 6 of the Nationality Act, B.E. ปีไทย (

), it is hereby publicly announced by the Minister of Interior that the persons whose names were mentioned hereinbefore have duly been granted the Thai citizenship.
