I am very delighted to write a recommendation letter for Mr. Somsak Rakdee.
Mr. Rakdee was called for a very special mission. As Abnormal People Association (APA), an affiliated organization of Insane People Society (IPS), was hosting a trilateral conference on "Annual Mentality Examining" attended by Thai, Singaporean, and Vietnamese delegates, during 31st - 35th May, 2009, the Infernal Affairs Department of the IPS needed an experienced person to assist in carrying out this sub-regional meeting. Mr. Rakdee proved by his performance that our decision to appoint him to fill the role of assistant was right. He always completed his assignments on time and efficiently. Although Mr. Rakdee spent only less than a month working for the Department, his contribution and dedication to all his assignments were considerable. At the pre-Conference stage, he undertook multiple assignments, including responding phone calls made by foreign officials, producing documents for the Conference, as well as writing very detailed emails sent out to Singaporean and Vietnamese counterparts. Having been positively impressed by his English skills, I trusted Mr. Rakdee to write speeches to be delivered by the President of XXX and the Chairman of XXX. Mr. Rakdee once again proved himself a competent English writer.
More importantly, during the Conference, his assignments were even more crucial and challenging. His main assignments were to perform the Master of Ceremonies and take minutes and write a comprehensive report of the Conference. To the former, he demonstrated that he possesses great confidence in public speaking, even in front of national VIPs. With regard to his performance in taking minutes and writing reports, Mr. Rakdee showed that he was a quick learner. His capacity to absorb Conference-related information was excellent, given that he had had a very short period to learn a completely new area of his expertise. He was able to produce meeting reports under time constraints, however; the accuracy was very high.
Thanks to the abovementioned abilities, I believe Mr. Somsak Rakdee will enjoy success in his working life.
