1. Rights on Termination : Any termination of this agreement will be without prejudice to the rights of either party against the other in respect of anything done or omitted under this agreement before termination or regarding any sums or other claims outstanding at the time of termination. Before termination regards to any sums of money beyond all doubt.
2. Assignment : A party must not dispose of or encumber any right under this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
3. Severability : The provisions of this agreement are deemed to be several and any invalidity of any provision of this agreement will not effect the validity of the remainning provisions of this agreement.
4. Successors : This agreement blinds the parties and their successors or assigns.
