You are the ideal person that most English teachers would like to see. You have succeeded beyond most Thais and you should be proud. Not everyone can be expert in everything. You cannot be too greedy because time/resource is limited. If you really want to help others, explaining about grammar, you're not really fit to do so. Do what you are doing now is find, ie. pointing out the expression needed for any particular situation.
Let English teachers to their jobs explaining aoubt grammatical points. You don't need to be concerned about this.
BTW (by the way), you're too ambitious wanting to know every word/expression in whatever you hear/listen. I have been using English practically everday for nearly 37 years, I still don't get/understand everything especially music.
But if you's really serious about grammar, read this one book: Practical English Usage by Michael Swan. This is all you need.
