Double room แพงกว่าห้อง Single room... เพราะว่าเป็นห้องที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่า อาจจะมี furniture ให้มากกว่า ไม่ได้มี 2 twin beds (เตียงเล็กสองเตียง) แต่จะมี full size bed (เตียงใหญ่) เพียงเตียงเดียว และไม่ได้หมายความว่าให้อยู่สองคน...เหมือนกับที่ ความคิดเห็นที่ 8 บอกไว้ 2.  Double room หมายถึงถ้าเราจ่ายค่าเช่าแล้ว เราหา อีกคนมาอยู่กับเราได้ใช่ไหมครับ... ได้...ถ้า Landlord อนุญาต แต่จะต้องเพิ่มค่าเช่าอีกนิดหน่อย แล้วแต่สถานการณ์ เคยขอมาก่อนต้องเพิ่มค่าเช่า 50% เพราะทุกอย่าง inclusive ถ้า bills ต่างๆแยกต่างหาก หรือว่าต้องหยอดเหรียญก็คงจะไม่เกิน 25%...และไม่ได้ถ้า Landlord ไม่อนุญาต 3. ในวงเล็บที่เค้าบอกว่า no couple please นี่มันหมายถึงอะไรครับ... หมายถึงว่าไม่อนุญาตให้ชาย-หญิง อยู่ด้วยกัน เนื่องจากต้องการป้องกันปัญหาที่จะตามมา ที่อาจจะมีการส่งเสียงในระหว่างที่รักกัน หรือทะเลาะกัน ในที่นี้ อาจจะให้อยู่ได้สองคน หากเป็นเพศเดียวกัน บางแห่งอาจจะมีคำว่า couple only ซึ่งหมายถึง สามี-ภรรยา เท่านั้น โดยไม่มีการเพิ่มค่าเช่า จากคุณ : tnu เขียนเมื่อ : 19 พ.ย. 52 00:47:49
