The trend, however, rises consistently to reach the peak of 70% in the age of over 49. In case of employer support, young people under 26 years of age, which make up over approximately 60%, is still the largest proportion of age group supported by their organizations. By contrast, the amount of support people in the age between 30 and 39 are offered is lowest, which is about twice as less as the first age group. In conclusion, the graphs clearly show that most of young people choose to further their studies for career reason matching employer support provided the great support to people in twenties. ความคิดเห็นที่ 2 "For interest" is not the same as "needs."  There are several awkward expressions which may be due to your inexperience. You need to write more and often. Here is my writing. The younger the students, the more likely they would pursue higher study to advance their careers while paying less attention to their own interest in the academic discipline. The reverse is true for older students who pursue higher education due to their personal interests. The graph shows that about 80% of students under 26 cite career as their main reason for pursuing higher education while only about 10% cite their own interests in the study field. In contrast, about 70% of students over 49 age group cite personal interests as the main reason for continuing higher education while only 16% cite career advance as the reason. The younger age group (under 26) seem to receive the most support from their employers to continue higher education (about 60%). Employer's support declines to the lowest point for 30-39 age group at about 30% and then gradually rise again to about 40% to the highest age group over 49. One may speculate that employers support young employees as they are seen as potential assets that can stay with the company for a very long time. Or it may be interpreted that young employees need more skills to be productive.
