Survey: Perception of English in Thailand

You have been invited to participate in a research study involving the perception of Thai people regarding the English status in Thailand. The following information is provided in order to help you to make an informed decision whether or not to participate. Particularly, I am interested in finding out the perception and the purpose of Thai people in relation to the English status in Thailand.
