-and there is no example on longman. so i guess it should be "soap your body"

-oh, as a noun it has examples. so it is " wash with soap" and of course, with water. then rub your body throughly and gently.

to dry yourself using a towel:
He stood in the doorway, towelling his hair dry.
follow the example :) -> towel one's body dry
