It is not wrong to say "I haven't..........."
In British English, to have (in the sense of showing possession) is often used without an auxiliary;
I haven't a car. I haven't anything to wear for the party. I haven't enough money.

I have not the time, nor the energy, to bother with the people like that. I haven't enough patience to stay that long.
Most probably, you often hear this phrase " I haven't a clue".
